As an elementary teacher and a parent of children with IEPs, I have extensive experience working directly with students who have diverse educational needs. With my familiarity of the educational system, IEP and 504 plans, I am able to bridge communications with parents, guardians, administrators, and district personnel to identify and resolve student behavioral and academic challenges, and foster a supportive learning environment.
